Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the SAPMavens website, workspaces, knowledge base, training pages, and managed marketplace features. By using the site, users agree to follow these terms.

Effective date: June 05, 2026

Draft for operational use. Review with qualified legal counsel before public production launch or commercial contracting.

1. Nature of the Platform

SAPMavens is a managed SAP talent and delivery ecosystem. It is not a pure open marketplace. SAPMavens may review, moderate, shortlist, assign, approve, reject, rescope, or suspend users, projects, content, and workflows as part of its managed service model.

Clients engage SAPMavens for managed outcomes. Internal PMO, Admin, Accounts, and delivery teams control governance, staffing visibility, milestone publication, and operational release of client-facing signals.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

Users must provide accurate registration information, choose the correct role, and maintain control of their login credentials and verification channels.

SAPMavens may suspend, reject, deactivate, or remove accounts where role misuse, fraud, false information, abusive conduct, inactivity policy triggers, or policy violations are identified.

3. Role-Specific Use

Freelancers may use profile, project, checkpoint, and assignment features subject to interview/vetting approval and managed project criteria.

Job Seekers and Incubants may use profile, learning, readiness, and placement-related features but do not participate in freelancer bid-credit workflows unless SAPMavens later converts them into eligible freelance users.

Clients may post requirements and review curated or managed project information as permitted by SAPMavens, but clients do not automatically receive access to raw internal bid data or internal rate negotiation information.

Internal roles such as Admin, PMO, Employee, and Accounts may access restricted operational functions only for legitimate SAPMavens business purposes.

4. Platform Conduct

Users must not submit false profiles, impersonate others, misuse client or freelancer information, scrape the platform, upload malicious files, interfere with system operation, or use the site for unlawful or abusive purposes.

Users must not post confidential client material, copyrighted material without permission, spam, hateful content, or private credentials in the knowledge base or any platform workflow.

5. Managed Matching, Bids, and Criteria

Project criteria may include certification, language, module fit, experience, time-zone fit, and consultant-type requirements such as functional or technical allocation.

Freelancer bid credits are an internal workflow mechanism of SAPMavens. They do not guarantee shortlisting, assignment, selection, project award, or payment.

SAPMavens may review, reject, merge, or reclassify custom skill entries and may prevent bidding or assignment where profile, vetting, activity, or project criteria are not met.

6. Content Ownership and Licenses

Users retain ownership of content they lawfully own, but by submitting content to SAPMavens they grant SAPMavens a non-exclusive right to host, display, review, moderate, copy, and use that content as needed to operate the service.

Knowledge-base submissions may be rejected, edited for moderation reasons, or removed if they violate policy, law, confidentiality requirements, or operational quality standards.

7. Availability and Changes

SAPMavens may update, suspend, or remove features, routes, content, workflows, or account access at any time, including during beta, pilot, or production phases.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, bug-free operation, or continuous support for any specific workflow or feature.

8. Payments and Commercials

Client commercials, freelancer payouts, placement arrangements, and future training-related fees are governed by separate payment, commercial, or contractual terms where applicable.

Use of the platform alone does not create a guarantee of employment, project award, revenue, or future commercial relationship.

9. Disclaimers

The website, training materials, marketplace workflows, and operational dashboards are provided on an as-available basis. SAPMavens does not guarantee project success, hiring success, uninterrupted uptime, or a particular user outcome.

SAP and other SAP product names remain the property of SAP SE or its affiliates. SAPMavens is not affiliated with or endorsed by SAP SE unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10. Limitation and Enforcement

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAPMavens may enforce these terms by warning, moderation, access restriction, deactivation, removal, legal escalation, or other appropriate platform controls.

Any limitation of liability, governing law, dispute process, or enforceability wording should be reviewed and finalized with counsel before public production launch.
