SAPMavens is a managed service. Our PMO validates scope, staffs consultants, and confirms delivery signals.

Internal bids and commercials are not shown to clients. Clients see staffing, milestones, checkpoints, and approved effort.

SAPMavens may decline, pause, or re-scope an engagement if governance requirements are not met or if the project becomes unsafe or non-viable.

Project criteria may include certifications, language capability, module fit, delivery experience, work timing, consultant mix, and role bucket requirements such as functional or technical allocation.

The Knowledge Base is public to read. Posting requires login. All submissions are subject to internal review and are visible publicly only after approval by SAPMavens internal users (Admin/PMO).

SAPMavens may reject or remove content that is inaccurate, harmful, confidential, copyrighted without permission, promotional spam, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

Upload only content you own or have permission to share. Do not post client secrets, private credentials, or sensitive personal data.

For managed projects, SAPMavens confirms checkpoints and effort logs before invoicing and payouts. Client commercials are validated by SAPMavens PMO and may be adjusted before final agreement.

Freelancers are scheduled for payout on the 10th of each monthfor the previous month's PMO-verified work, subject to finance approval and hold conditions.

Bid credits are a freelancer-only internal workflow control. They are not a client-facing commercial tool and do not apply to Job Seekers, Incubants, Clients, or internal employees.

SAPMavens stores user profiles, project checkpoints, timesheets, and knowledge submissions to operate the platform. Access is role-based (Client/Talent/Internal).

Do not upload sensitive data unless required for delivery. If sensitive data is required, use approved secure channels and follow client security policies.
