Training Terms
These Training Terms apply to current free training content on SAPMavens and to future paid training, incubant, certification-support, and institute-style programs that may be offered through the platform.

1. Current and Future Scope
SAPMavens currently offers a training page with free public learning references, study links, and consultant-discipline material.
SAPMavens may later offer paid training, structured cohorts, certification support, incubant batches, interview-preparation programs, or placement-linked learning tracks. Additional commercial schedules may apply to those programs.
2. No Guarantee of Certification or Placement
Access to training material, institute content, or coaching support does not guarantee SAP certification, job placement, project assignment, or income.
User outcomes depend on skill level, effort, attendance, accuracy of profile data, market demand, project suitability, and SAPMavens business decisions.
3. Learner Responsibilities
Learners must provide accurate information, behave professionally, avoid plagiarism, and respect trainer, cohort, and platform guidelines.
Learners must not redistribute paid or restricted materials without permission and must not upload unlawful, abusive, or misleading content as part of any training workflow.
4. Content and External Resources
The training page may reference official SAP resources, free external learning links, videos, or community content. SAPMavens does not own third-party external resources unless explicitly stated.
External links may change, move, or become unavailable, and SAPMavens is not responsible for third-party platform operation or certification-provider decisions.
5. Attendance, Evaluation, and Incubant Progress
For structured SAPMavens programs, attendance, assignments, practical readiness, discipline, and communication quality may be used to evaluate learner continuation, incubant progress, or placement readiness.
SAPMavens may suspend or discontinue participation where conduct, attendance, ethics, or performance standards are not met.
6. Fees, Cancellation, and Refunds
Any future paid training fee structure, payment schedule, cancellation rules, and refund rules must be published in writing before enrollment.
Until such commercial rules are finalized, this page serves as a policy draft only and not as a final fee contract.
7. Intellectual Property
SAPMavens training materials, internal templates, guides, slides, and program frameworks remain the property of SAPMavens or the relevant rights holder unless stated otherwise.
Learners may use materials for personal learning within the program scope but may not resell, republish, or commercially distribute protected content without permission.
